Our board of directors is composed of medical, legal and business leaders committed to transparency, accountability and integrity in fulfilling our mission. We maintain no political or religious affiliations and do not currently receive financial support from government agencies.

Our financials and operations are reviewed each year for our continuing membership in InterAction, the largest alliance of U.S.-based international development and humanitarian NGOs. InterAction’s standards address programmatic performance, fundraising and financial management.
